15-manual (3x5) large console, this appears like it might've been somehow wired to at least partially play. See the rear photos for evidence.
Note that it doesn't have any stop tab division or manual markers/dividers.
My goal with visiting this area at the time, was to take zoomed-in clear photos of the stop tabs to get names, that was something I had wondered about when I was a kid.
Yes, the stops somehow do have names.
